Will I have more projection once my breasts fluff and once I put a normal bra on? (Photo)

Question

So i got my BA 7 days ago (405cc moderate natrelle inspira), i love the look of my breasts WITHOUT my surgical bra, i like the projection and the size. Though, as soon as i put my bra or a sweather (without a bra), it seems like i have NO projection and small breasts... They seemed bigger with all my padding i used to put. I was wondering if the projection will be nicer with a "real" bra and with more fluffing? When i tried the sizers, the projection was perfect ! Will they get that way? Thanks a lot

Thank you for the photos.  It is far too early to make any statements as to size or shape.  Usually the patient looks great on the table, and then the implants will rise up, and then start to fall into place in a month.  Sometimes it takes 6 to 12 months for implants to fall into position.  We all wish that patients would get the final result in a week, (or two), but this is far from reality.  Please be patient.  Please follow your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon's post operative recommendations.  Let your plastic surgeon know your thoughts.

HelloThanks for the photos. It looks like you are on your way to a lovely result. Implants will drop and settle with time, and this will change the shape of the breasts. As the implants drop, the lower part of the breast becomes a bit rounder and fuller, and the upper part bulges less. Tissues relax, and the implant isn't as "squished" by the tight tissue as it was in the early days.I recommend patience- I think you are going to be very happy with your results.Best wishes-

Hello and thank you for your question. My

advice to you is to hang in 
there, as your breasts will look even better, but you need to be 
patient as your implants settle.  Looking at your pictures, your 
implants are still riding high.  This is because right now it is VERY early and they are 
squished by the 
activation of your pectoralis major muscle and tissue swelling due to 
the inflammatory response after surgery. Once they are in their final 
position 
and lower pole of your breasts are not as tight, your breasts will appear
 even 
larger and rounder but less swollen up top; usually this process occurs as the pectoralis major 
muscle relaxes and the implants are no longer squeezed upward and settle
 into their ideal position. This process usually takes 1-3 months, but 
can take up to 6 months.    
Also, make sure to relay your concerns to your 
plastic surgeon as most value the patient-doctor relationship and 
want to be first in line to help their patients. If you are not happy 
with
 the size once they are fully settled, then you can consider pursuing a 
revision.  Please be patient and hopefully this helps 
alleviate some of your concerns.
