Can Hyaluronidase in lips dissolve your own natural HA and collagen? Does the product affect your own original lips?

Will the lips look the same as before the fillers and not smaller or “deflated”? Hi, I have had lip fillers (Juverderm) one and a half years ago. I have decided to have my lip filler dissolved because I now can see clearly the filler spread. I have had a lot of volume on my upper lip - like a mustache - and I don't know if it will be possible to dissolve it.
