Will the lips look the same as before the fillers and not smaller or “deflated”? Hi, I have had lip fillers (Juverderm) one and a half years ago. I have decided to have my lip filler dissolved because I now can see clearly the filler spread. I have had a lot of volume on my upper lip - like a mustache - and I don't know if it will be possible to dissolve it.

Dissolving lip filler with Hylaronidase can dissolve the lip filler but also break down your own natural supply of hylaronic acid which could lead to indentions.  This means you take the risk every time you inject the lips with Hylaronidase.  I usually only dissolve filler that I know won't effect the surrounding areas.  The tear trough area (under the eyes) can be done but the lips makes me nervous.  There is another way of using an RF device (Radiofrequency) to heat the filler so it can break down the filler along the upper lip border without damaging your tissue.  In fact, it can build more collagen.
