I would not recommend starting yourself on diuretics as this can cause other problems and electrolyte imbalances. It is ok to take Arnica oral or use the cream on the effected areas. I would also suggest trying to sleep with your head elevated and see if that helps to reduce the edema you see in the morning. Reducing salt intake helps a great deal with swelling/edema.

The filler that is used in the upper eyelid has to be carefully chosen by the plastic surgeon. Juvederm is not a very good filler in this area is the swelling may be extremely prolonged. Even products such as wrestling have to be diluted and carefully added to this area. You did not say as to how long it has been since your injection. If it's only a few days, then I would sleep with your head on more pillows during the night and this will help you avoid the early morning blues so to speak.
