It's so embarrassing that I have a really ugly side profile due to my lower jaw being very long making my face look long and convex and my nose being flat and my lips being so big. I want to make my side profile better and not look like this. I also think my chin needs to be done. I'm ok with my front look but side profile is the worst like a horse. Is there any way to do it without surgery?
