What do I need to fix really ugly side profile? (Photo)

It's so embarrassing that I have a really ugly side profile due to my lower jaw being very long making my face look long and convex and my nose being flat and my lips being so big. I want to make my side profile better and not look like this. I also think my chin needs to be done. I'm ok with my front look but side profile is the worst like a horse. Is there any way to do it without surgery?

While it may appear that your lower jaw/chin is too big, it is your recessed mid face that makes it appear so. This is also why your nose is so flat...you lack adequate mid face projection. There is no non-surgical solution for mid face and nose deficiencies to bring it forward. There are different surgical options such as custom implants and rib grafts for mid face and nose augmentation.
