It's been like this since I had my 3 child my son which he was my biggest child 9lbs that's when I started having vag and rectal prolapse can getting the femi lift or one of those laster treatment help get my feeling back help!!!!!
Answer: Vaginal reconstruction did not solve numbness during sex: can FemiLift or other laser treatment help restore feeling? Dear concerned patient you have already done surgical repair by a qualified physician and I am assuming you do not have any more vaginal prolapse so a second surgery should not be your first choice. with all due respect to all my surgical colleague, not every vaginal issue need a surgical approach, as your complaint is about sensation. there is more information that needs to be shared with us such as 1- how young you are and whether are you approaching menopause. 2- how is your sex drive? and what is your testosterone level? 3- if you are not approaching menopause and your sex drive is good then I would suggest Morpheous 8V which produced collagen and Elastin in vaginal mucosa where the end result is increasing sensation and tightness. yes, the result is not permanent as God did not create anything in our bodies as permanent and they all need to get rejuvenated as time goes on ( won't you color your hair every so often?) Morpheous 8V has been built on the base of Morpheous 8 for body and face, there are plenty of satisfied patients who have been treated and are happy. I hope I have been able to provide you with some information. good luck and best of health

Answer: How to fix numbness during sex? Numbness during sex means different things to different women. If you're describing a lack of friction, then vaginal tightening is what you are seeking. Based on your story, only a surgical vaginal tightening will do the job. It's called a vaginoplasty. Laser won't work. Prolapse repairs don't include vaginal tightening, so your situation is not unexpected. If numbness during sex means something else to you, then I would recommend you explain exactly what you mean and the best way to get better info would be to schedule a virtual consult with a vaginoplasty expert.

Answer: Vaginal Rejuvenation treatments help enhance sensation and orgasms Hello Elaine, A vaginoplasty at the time of your pelvic floor repair would have been your best option. Now that you are more than 2 months postop it is too late to consider this. Your best option is to be seen for evaluation to determine which non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation treatment would be best for you. This depends on your overall symptoms, age, examination, etc. Femilift is a great option, but so is Viveve and O-Shot. Many women will have the combination to enhance sensation, lubrication, tightness, and orgasmic response. Go to the link below to see the treatments I'm referring here in more detail. From that link you may schedule a virtual consult via phone or zoom, at which time we can discuss in-depth your anatomy, expectations, and concerns. Best of luck,

Answer: How to find a surgeon for a Vaginal Tightening Operation I agree with Dr. Pelosi and disagree with Dr. Aguirre. No, an intra-vaginal Fractional CO2 laser (FemiLift, MonaLisa Touch) or any other laser or RF treatment definitely will not significantly improve your symptoms and situation. The only person that these laser treatments (usually perfomed by the doctor's nurse or technician for a charge of ~ $2500-$3500 per 3-session therapy process) is the doctor's pocketbook. Lasers simply do not meaningfully tighten vaginas , nor make the pre-menopausal vagina any more "...sensitive!" Just WHAT is a "vaginal reconstruction" and what can this accomplish? What does the term mean? You, and others reading this, should know that the standard repair performed by an Ob/Gyn or UroGyn to correct bladder and/or rectal or uterine prolapse does not in any way either tighten the vagina or rebuild the perineal body to allow for more friction and pressure against the G-Spot. Additionally, I suspect that (s)he didn't even counsel you regarding the different types of orgasm (clitoral and vaginally activated) and speak candidly about sex, your sex, your husband's sex, and your joint sex. (Sex appears to be a 4-letter word to most Gyns..!) WHAT TO DO? I suggest that you carefully do your research; look for a trained Cosmetic Gynecologist (the only person who can perform a true vaginal tightening operation) and if possible, someone who appears amenable to speaking and candidly giving advice about sexual issues. And book an in-person or virtual consultation. And perhaps read RealSels's Web reference below which speaks to your issue. Regards, Michael P Goodman, MD, FACOG, IF, AAACS.
