Can Femilift procedure cause damage to vagina?

Can this procedure cause damage to the mucus membranes of the vulva. Can it damage the lining inside the vagina cauterize blood vessels,&effect vasodilation? Can this procedure obliterate the vaginal walls making them flat. Can the walls be obliterated the same way lasers destroy the tissue in face after aggressive treatment. Can the Skenes/ Bartholin glands be vaporized? If the linings/ mucus membrane is damaged will it make sex painful? Can it cause numbness in top vagina wall and clit legs?

The vulva doesn't produce mucus and it doesn't have mucus membranes. All laser procedures deliver highly precise microscopic burns to the skin. It is the healing response to these micro-burns that produces the benefits that you are trying to achieve. The FemiLift procedure involves 3-4 sessions of  pixelated laser micro-burns that treat 20-25 percent of the surface per session. That means it won't obliterate anything and avoids any issues of overtreatment so long as the protocols are adhered to and the laser is working properly. The lasers are tested prior to use before every session. The area of the Skenes and Bartholin's glands and clitoris are not part of the standard  FemiLift treatment protocol and wouldn't be affected at all. The probe only treats the walls of the vaginal canal and not the cervix or vaginal cuff if that's what you mean by vagina top.
