Risks of ablation to nerves and blood vessels?

I had a femilift for dryness caused by friction from frequent intercourse . I always hated lube because I get BV from it. I had plump moist vaginal tissue with no issues with orgasm or natural lube. After one treatment I’m dry and flat inside. I also have a numb introitus that burns my vulva burns. All I feel is burning no longer able to have sex because my walls are flat and feel numb and burn. Misdiagnosed with post menopause atrophy. I get periods.
