Is it normal for one hip to be bigger than the other 4 weeks after Vaser Lipo?

Congratulations on your recent VASER lipo procedure! Swelling is a common occurrence after VASER liposuction, and four weeks is too short of a time to assess the final results. I would recommend you wearing specialized compression garments 24 hours a day, during six months, to help your skin contract smoothly to your new body’s contours. Also, you should get lymphatic drainage massages (a minimum of ten sessions) to eliminate the excess lymph fluid and totally alleviate swelling and discomfort. Hi There,You are still very early in the healing process and swelling on one side may be more than the other.  One side will not heal at the same rate as the other in most circumstances.  Lymphatic massages can help rid the body of excess fluid quicker and help you see more symmetry.  At the end of the day it will take about 6 months to reach your final end point.  

It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You have swelling, which can be asymmetrical and last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Swelling can last up to 8 weeks post op, so you may be experiencing swelling. I would recommend that you wear your compression garments around the clock for at least six months to help with swelling as well as ensure optimal results. Best of luck. 

Thank you for your question, Generally it takes about 6 to 8 weeks for visible results. Have you had a fat Injection into the buttock, in case you had a fat injection then there is chance that on one side of the buttock there is more fat than the other and if you have not had a fat injection then it is possible that excess suctioning is done on one side than the other. we would suggest that you review with your plastic surgeon for advice.
