Natrelle 450cc or 415cc - is the difference big? 5'5, 112lbs, high profile (Photos)

Question

Hello, scheduled surgery is in one week and I keep going back and forth on the size, that I swear my surgeon is going to hate me. Height 5.5, weight 112, band 28in. Will be under the muscle with inframammary incision, all implant sizes are high profile SRF. Originally picked 385cc but I thought it wouldn't give me the desired look so I went to 415cc, the surgeon said my body could handle 450cc and then pick that but now I think I should go back to 415. Any comment is appreciated.

To be 100% honest with you, you would never know the difference between those 2 sizes.   The difference is only 35cc's.  That's equivalent to a little more than 2 tablespoons.  It is such a minuscule difference, you could just flip a coin.   What I always tell my patients is....  Go for the larger option.  Women almost never come back after surgery saying that they are too big!  But, they frequently come back saying that they wish they had gone with a larger size!
