Should I use epi-foam after lipo/tummy tuck?

I'm having an extended tummy tuck and lipo of my inner thighs, hips, upper/lower back, arms and chin in April and I can't decide if I want to use epi-foam or not. Is there any real benifit from using it along with a compression garment? How soon after surgery should I begin using it?

Since different people have different metabolic rates and requirements, there is no absolute daily caloric requirement, but 1800 to 2200 calories per day is a reasonable starting point for moderately active women.  Be certain to eat a diet high in protein as you will need this to heal....
