Will I gain weight in fat transfer sights?

Fat harvested and transferred will require blood supply in the new site to remain viable.  Some, but not all of the transplanted fat will survive.  The fat which survives will maintain the characterists of normal fat.

Great Question. Here is the answer: If you gain weight after you have a #FatTransfer the fat that was transferred to your breasts will grow to the same extent as where it used to live in the donor site (rather than the recipient site).

Short answer is yes.  The transferred fat with enlarger with weight gain and shrink with weight loss. 

If you have little fat to transfer, you may not be a good candidate for a fat transfer. Should you gain weight, you may also gain weight in the areas of fat transfers.

After liposuction and fat transfer, the cells get moved around, but always keep the genetic instructions of their DNA programing, once they are healed up and living in their new spot they will react to weight gain as they always have so, areas of fat transfer may enlarge in a disproportionate manner as comparing it to the donor sites.

The fat transferred to your breasts and buttocks will fluctuate with weight changes.  You will likely still gain weight in the typical spots where you gained weight in the past.

Congratulations on your weight loss. If you are really lean at this point, then you may not have enough fat for fat transfer to your breasts and buttocks. A physical examination can help determine what is an appropriate strategy for you. After having been grafted once, surviving fat will behave like fat anywhere else on your body. If you transfer fat cells from your abdomen to your breasts, in the future they will gain or lose volume like your abdomen, from where they originated.

If you gain weight in the future, the fat tends to remember where it came from and gains like it would have in its original location. I will predict that in 10 years there will be a lot of really unhappy BBL patients out there on RS wondering what to do with a newly created deformity where their butt is big and droopy.
