Your injector is telling you that they do not want to remove the filler or do not understand your concerns. Removing the unwanted hyaluronic acid fillers is very straight forward and safe. The enzyme acts rapidly and likely one enzyme service will reduce the unwanted fill treatment to satisfy your concern. The fact that you did not like this filler treatment does not mean that you should turn your back on this type of service. The hyaluronic acid fillers are powerful but they can be done so wrong. However, they are absolutely wonderful when done well. However, not all injectors are created equal.

If you do not wish to have the filler dissolved with hyaluronidase then the other option is to allow the product to dissolve gradually. Typically Restylane will be metabolized by the body in about 12 months. You should begin to see the effects of the product fade soon.
