Thank you for posting your question. Different physicians have different post-op instructions, but in general vitamins and nutritional supplements that do not induce bleeding should be fine. Keep in mind that no supplement can substitute wearing the compression garment and giving your body enough rest. Best of luck.

Nutritional supplements in general,  as long as they don't enhance bleeding, are fine to take. I wouldn't expect that your healing or result will be enhanced by the supplements. If you're in good health your body will heal naturally and well!
