Compression Garment is getting loose. Keep wearing it or no?

A loose compression garment does nothing. You may as well discard it. Ask you surgeon if compression is still required. If so, get a new garment.

Thank you for your question.  Protocols for wear of a compression garment following a liposuction procedure vary from surgeon to surgeon.  I typically recommend wearing a compression garment for 4 weeks following a SmartLipo procedure.   Please talk with your plastic surgeon about their specific protocol for compression garment wear.  If they require that you wear it for a longer period of time, it sounds as if you will likely need a new one.  Best of luck to you.

All garments worn following liposuction should fit nice and snug to provide good compression.  You may want to follow up with your surgeon to discuss how long to wear the garment and they may have suggestions as to where you can purchase a new garments (office, online) since you will require a smaller size.
