This area really needs a hi definition procedure to get the most improvement. Hi definition procedures such as VASER Liposuction give results instantly. Non-invasive procedures like SmartLipo will give you less improvement and may need additional treatments. Your question is difficult to answer because the area in question is so small. A surgeon who works in a hospital OR setting would, by necessity, have to charge quite a bit more than one who does these procedures in the office. So I would look for someone who uses local anesthesia in an office setting. I personally charge about 30% less for a single, small area such as a double chin or the fat pads adjacent to the breast because it takes less time and less supplies, but certain necessities, such as the fiber optic laser cable, are single-use expenses which cost the same no matter the size of the area treated.The best advice is to research with these factors in mind to find a competent, yet affordable, surgeon.
