How long does it take for lid position to return to normal after ectropion repair?

I had an ectropion repair on January 28. The repair was done on one eye. This was done to correct ectropion that occurred after skin pinch. . He did a lateral cantophexy on the other eye to tighten the coners and improve symmetry . It's been about 2 1/2 weeks and the lower lid of the eye that I had the ectropion repair on is still high giving that eye an Asian look. And it's smaller then the other eye About how long does it take for the lid to take its final shape
