Pouches around mouth? What is this from and what can I do? Recent weight loss and getting married in a few months. (Photo)

I've lost 30 pounds in the last year and my skin has changed. I had 1 cc of juvaderm plus in my cheeks a month ago and Botox in jaw for tmj/wide jaw. I've noticed fat pouches around my mouth and dents in skin when I smile. My dermatologist is injecting ultra plus in nasolabial folds, Im nervous of looking unnatural. Will this help my case and what should I do to rejuvenate my mouth area? I want to look like a better version of myself for my wedding in a few months. Suggestions please? Thanks!

Antibiotic creams should pose no issue for dermal fillers. Three days out should be fine to apply it around your lips.

Hello, you would need to speak to your injector about their policy.  It is not uncommon to require additional filler to achieve the desired result, and each clinic will have their own policy whether there is a different fee for more product.

There is no interaction with Juvederm or other fillers and diet pills. Have no hesitation with taken them immediately after getting your filler.
