Obagi Nu-derm and microneedling combo, how do I use these most effectively?

Hello princesspink17The nu-derm system from Obagi is a great system that we carry in our office and is fantastic for anti-aging results. We also provide microneedling as well, so I will walk you through the process for you to get the best results.Microneedling will help improve the texture of your skin, especially around the scarred area. Microneedling should always be done by a professional, as dermarolling is a procedure done typically at home and will not get the depth that you need for improving scars.Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin-rejuvenation procedure that involves the use of a device that contains fine needles. We use state of the art physician grade technology called Skin Pen II. The fine needles  of the device are used to minimally puncture the skin to create a controlled skin injury. Each puncture creates a channel that triggers the body to fill these microscopic wounds by producing new collagen and elastin.After the procedure we tell clients not to use their normal products for 48-72 hours while the skin is healing. We also recommend not working out a few days afterwards as the sweat may irritate the healing skin.
