I had Rhinoplasty 4 months ago and since my surgery my septum is red. I had a follow up appointment with my surgeon last week and forgot to ask about it. he look at my nose and he said everything is healing ok. But I just wonder if is ok to have the septum red 4 months after Rhinoplasty. I don't have any pain or discharge.
