Is it normal for my breast to be flat at the top and full and saggy at the bottom? (photos)

Question

Im 4 months post op.Is it normal for them to be so flat at the top? My left boob moves out of place still it will go under my arm or higher to my collar bone is it suppose to feel that way while my right doesn't move. I feel I dont look normal please help me. Also when I lift both arms I have a double bubble you can see where implant is and where my breast tissue sits.

Dear Mzcanez09,I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a breast augmentation surgery. However, you are still in the early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues around the implants are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides and the implants drop to their final position, you will be able to see the final result of your breast augmentation surgery.Daniel Barrett, MD

along with your post-op photos, there would be a huge improvement.  Yes, you are not perfect but when you go under the muscle, having the animation and distortion you see with arms up is normal.  You are at the point where you should have been able to critique your outcome with your surgeon so that your surgeon can come up with options for improving your outcome if your concerns are truly appreciable to your surgeon such as fat grafting to your upper poles that you want fuller.
