Healthy male patients with excess breast tissue or unwanted breast development who have no underlying breast disease.Men who desire improved physical and aesthetic appearance should have realistic expectations based on their condition and the procedure performed. You should meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to be able to get a formal diagnosis and to be able to decide on a course of treatment if necessary.
Alex. It appears from your photographs that you have very well-developed pectoralis major muscles and it does not appear that you have true gynecomastia in those regions. Hard to say if there is a bit of hypertrophied breast tissue just below your nipples causing them to appear the way they do. If this is the case, it can easily be removed surgically. Come see me or another board-certified plastic surgeon in the area for a full of valuation to explore the best options for you. Good luck.
It is hard for me to tell in the photo. It looks like you mainly have well developed pec muscles. You also have slightly puffy nipples. I would have to examine you to know if you have tissue to be removed. See a plastic surgeon who does a lot of gynecomastia surgery. Good luck.
Physical exam would be needed to assess the area as it is difficult to tell if there is any gynecomastia in the pictures.
As per your photos you do not seem to have any irregularities or signs of gynecomastia to be worried about. However, gynecomastia cannot be confirmed simply by looking at photos. If you are truly bothered with the way you look and feel I suggest you consult with a board certified plastic with whom you can schedule an in person examination. Best of Luck to you!
The photos are not impressive for gynecomastia -- if you dont like the way your chest looks go get a consultation in person to see if you do have anything that can be corrected. It looks like at worst a little lipo would help.
The musculature is well developed. Gynecomastia cannot be evaluated with this presentation, without a physical exam. Excess fat v breast tissue cannot be appreciated online. Best wishes.
you appear to have a normal volume of male breast tissue. however, an in person examination will reveal if you have much volume in your breast area. If you do, it is not very much. see a board certified plastic surgeon, if this bothers you a lot. david berman md
This are distention scars. As they are still "working" (reddisch color), please wait three-four months more and than ask again.Best regardsDr. TribullBerlinGermany
Good day, thank you for your question. Gynecomastia surgery can take up to 6 weeks for the initial swelling to dissipate, it is too early for you to properly assess your results. Only at 6 months will you be able to see the final look, at which point you can consult with a board certified pl...
I would recommend an in person examination to evaluate your condition and offer an accurate diagnosis. Breast tissue is not affected by weight loss. Surgery can improve symmetry. Cost varies from surgeon to surgeon, and you can check coverage with your insurance. Seek aboard certified plastic ...
Only clinical examination can reveal the nature of the tissue that is causing the deformity (further need for scan possible as well). What you are palpating may just be scar tissue that takes a long time to resolve after an area has been treated with liposuction. If you do need some gland...
Dear Jschau1980,every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.Daniel Barrett, MD Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, American Society of Plastic Surgery Member, ...
There are many surgeons who attempt to remove glandular tissue with different types of liposuction. More than 40% of my gynecomastia practice is redo surgeries, many to correct lipo only surgeries done elsewhere. I have found it is not possible to get the type of sculpting I like for my patients...
