Hydroquinone (HQ) should be out of your body quickly but I would still wait 6 weeks to get pregnant. Your skin can develop a tolerance to HQ so I don't recommend being on it for more than 6 month and don't recommend over 4%. From just a skin standpoint and pigment issues, 5 months off of HQ and 6 months on HQ is a good routine. You'll need some other topical non HQ product during that 5 months.
