Thanks for our question. There is in fact a filler designed for this use and it is called profhilo. You will need two treatments 4 weeks apart to get a good result and this will last around 6-9months. There alternatively are mesotherapy types treatments or fractional laser

These fillers are often used in combination with laser therapy for a boost in collagen growth. 

I suspect you would see the best results regards to skin texture a properly done fractionated CO2 laser treatment combined with good at home skincare. I don't consider fillers a treatment for uneven skin texture although it can help with atrophic acne scars in some cases when combined with subcision.
