Question

I'm broad shoulders and wide chest and I wanted breastimplants to look more fem..and smaller on top so I wanted to get 700ccs high profile and my doc..gave me 800ccs moderate plus and I look bigger I'm so unhappy I want a revision surgery I'm so confuse I don't what to do cuz I berly had them done 2 weeks ago he gave me what he though would look good on me but I'm unhappy with the results the 3rd picture I posted was what I was aiming for

are usually discussed with surgeons prior to the procedure and based on what the patient desires.  Most patients want the mounds closer together and 'side boob'.  Narrow, higher profile implants will not accomplish this.  Regardless, at this point you should focus on healing and make sure your surgeon is aware of your concerns.  Once you are completely healed, you can then decide if changing implant style will really make a difference for you and if so, then have a revision.

From the photo, I can appreciate the width. But you are far too early to judge. Keep in mind that your body has some requirements regarding implant dimensions that will make the result look appropriate. You may be right, however, that a high profile implant is better for the look you want. Be patient and revisit this in several months after your tissues have relaxed. Continue to follow up with your surgeon to ensure that you progress as planned.

I am sorry you are dissatisfied with your recent breast surgery.  Unfortunately it is too early to see your final result.  I would give it 6 months before considering a revision breast surgery.  If you are still unhappy at that time then I would communicate that to your surgeon.  If he/she can not help you at that time, there will be plenty of other surgeons who can.  Seek a consultation with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who performs a lot of revision breast surgery for any revisions.  Best of luck to you
