I am 5’3” and about 145 lbs. Am I a good candidate for a BBL? What is the range of cost for what I want?

I’d like liposuction from my arms “wing” area, my lower stomach, flank, and thighs. I have lost 40 pounds over the last year and a half and work out often and eat healthy but I can not seem to shed the rest of the extra weight and need help to accomplish my goal of a more shapely form body
