What can I do to fix my uneven BBL? I dont know how safe or permanent the outcome will be? What do you guys recommend I do?

    Your surgeon is correct in that differences from side to side are almost always apparent despite even a perfect on the table result.  Having said that, I spend at least 80% of my time revising patients who have had surgery elsewhere.

However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Your PS is correct in that the two buttocks/hips are not twins and asymmetry is common before and after surgery. We know fat volume loss occurs for ~3-6 months after a BBL. We know ~30-50% fat volume loss occurs during that time. The two buttocks/hips do not communicate, so one side could lose 30% while the other 50%. Asymmetry does not necessarily mean that a spot was missed during surgery. Also, asymmetry before surgery is very common and can lead to asymmetry post op. Honestly, filler is not permanent and will need maintenance in the future. This is only a good option if financially it is affordable for you. Your best bet would be to transfer more fat.
