Hi, i did a rhinoplasty for 1 year ago and i'm not satisfied with the results. I have like an "hole" on the nose tip and was woundering if its possible to correct that area with a dermal filler without worrying about collapse/infection. The hole looks bigger in real life. My question is: 1. Is dermal filler safe to inject at that area? 2. How did this "hole" happen? 3. Will filler bring symmetry or will my nose get more flat?
