Can you do a BBL as well as thigh and arm lipo all in one surgery? (Photo)

Dear NikkaM808,yes, you can have liposuction of all above mentioned areas. Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Thank you for your pictures and questions. While several areas can be liposuctioned at once, it is usually best to keep under 5 liters of liposuction in one sitting for safety reasons. Based on your pictures, I am not so concerned about your procedure but your expectations regarding a BBL. You are quite slender and do not have much in the way of fat grafting donor sites. You need to be careful that you have reasonable expectations regarding results and make sure that in an effort to obtain fat graft, you do not get over suctioned and result in contour deformities. Be careful and only trust your case to experienced plastic surgeons who are certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.Hope this helps!

When planning a Brazilian butt lift, patients can look forward to a double benefit: reducing areas of unwanted fat while gaining a perkier, rounded posterior.  Each procedure must be planned according to the individual needs of patients, harvesting fat from target areas of the torso, arms, thighs or knees and transferring it to create smooth, attractive contours optimized for each person. The amount of fat transferred from love handles or flanks depends on the quantity available and the extent of buttock augmentation each patient desires.  Sufficient body fat for a buttock augmentation is very patient-specific, depending on an individual’s body shape and proportions as well as their expectations.  While you can liposuction several areas at once there is a limit to how much fat can be removed safely. Risks from liposuction increase significantly when over 5 liters of fat are suctioned out. We usually stay below this limit for patient safety.
Buttock augmentation with fat grafting is one of our most popular procedures in Colombia, and from experience we can tell you that some patients do very well with 300 cc of fat per side while others can need 800 cc or more.  That said, you definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  Best is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

Based on your photos you are a good candidate for a liposuction with fat transfer to buttocks and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You improve your abdomen, waist, hips and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

You can definitely have all those areas liposuctioned for the BBL procedure at the same time. Typically about 5 liters of fat is the max that is safe to remove from a patient in one surgery. Looking at you, however, I doubt you would exceed that amount in all those areas because you are pretty thin. You would have a great result!

Yes. Based on the photos, you appear to be a good candidate for moderate transfer. I would recommend a consultation to evaluate how much fat is available for the transfer. You also need to have realistic expectations.

Hi NikaM808!Thank you for your pictures and question. You appear to be lean and depending on your desired results the surgeon may need to lipo your arms and your inner thighs to get the amount of fat that they would need to do the transfer.
