What are the pros and cons of 360 Lipo and a BBL? (Photos)

I’ve been saying I want a bbl and fat transfer to fix my hip dips. But lately I’ve been thinking maybe I’ll feel better if I keep my natural shape just lipo my muffin top and love handles away. Also the lipo only will be more affordable right now. Any advice???? Cost, pros and cons??? Thank you. I’ve gained over 10lbs between the first set of photos in pink. I’m currently 5’3” and 150lbs

Based on your photos you appear to be a good candidate for full body intense liposuction to improve your body contour and get better curves, especially in your waist area and Dominican Butt lift taking the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection.

Thank you for your question and pics. You are a great candidate for lipo 360 with BBL. you can find a surgeon who can give you a subtle improvement without really altering the natural shape/size of your buttocks. I think performed properly, you can attain lovely results.Best of luck to you!

If you are considering a BBL, then do not do the lipo alone because you will be tossing out the good fat that could be used for your buttocks.

Fat transfer can be very natural and just enhance or shape or it can be very dramatic. This is up to the patient and whether or not they have the skin quality to accept the fat transfer and enough fat at the time of harvest for a high volume fat transfer. The recovery is harder on the patient if fat transfer is added to the lipo and generally the lipo done for a BBL is more aggressive and is always recommended to be at least 360 lipo. Yes, if you just lipo your flanks/love handles this will be a much more affordable surgery and the recovery will be easier. This is just a personal decision that you must make. You can always get the lipo to your love handles now and if not happy come back for a BBL. The only down fall to that plan is once that fat is thrown away it is gone forever.

First of all 360 Lipo is just a normal Liposculpture since it is always perform all over  of the body contour, 360  is just a market new name ot attract attention.You are candidate for a Lipo as you wish, and what you decide with the harvest fat, to throw it or to get it injected tou your buttocks, is your decision and depends on the kind of buttocks or body contour you preffer.
