I have chosen 325cc implants and I’m now worried that they will be too big for my frame. My surgeon suggested between 275-325cc and another surgeon I have seen suggested larger sizes of 300-375cc. I’m around a 30d/dd and would not like to go any bigger than that.

What supports your breast is your own tissue which is stretched and saggy. Going smaller will be less weight and may hold up better. You could go with the size in between, the 325 cc implants. An internal bra might be helpful for you as well.
