Its been 3 months since i got lipo ..My stomach is the size of a watermelon but it really isn't. I even have trouble breathing sometimes after eating a bit too much. It's not too bad in the morning but as soon as I eat anything it starts and gets worse . It looks like I'm pregnant. My low abdominal hurts my stomach gets really inflated my back starts to hurt

In our practice, we have our liposuction patients wear a garment for 6 weeks post op to help control the swelling and to promote proper healing. Please be sure to follow your surgeons post op instructions, as I'm sure you are doing. The things you are describing regarding your discomfort after you eat sounds like possible stomach or gastrointestinal discomfort.
