Hi is it safe to use bleaching cream on my vertical breast lift scar (lollipop incision) I am 9 months post op and the scar has become dark. Thankfully its flat and smooth, just dark. Are there breast cancer risks for applying bleaching Cream to lighten the scars. Which creams are safe and effective. I'm an African American woman with normal healing just would like the scar to match my skin more closely
