I have systematic hypopigmentation as the result of experimental fractional CO2 laser and TCA procedures. I have applied 20 grams of 20% monobenzone once daily. After 1 month, I have developed hypopigmented burns that crinkle when pressed inward. Is 20% monobenzone safe for non-vitiligo patients, or do you have experience applying monobenzone for non-vitiligo patients? There are no clinical studies on monobenzone for non-vitiligo patients. Is 20 grams too much?
