Hi, I’ve been dealing with some discolouration on my shins for a few years now. I can’t remember exactly when this appeared but I believe I suffer from either eczema or psoriasis as my legs itch really badly in winter if I don’t moisturise them. I am currently using 10% hydroquinone to try and lighten the discolouration. It’s been a week so not seen results yet. The discolouration is speckled and nothing like I’ve seen before. Any ideas on what this could be?
