Is tickle lipo a gimmick?

ac40507
I'm set to get tickle lipo in 2 weeks but I'm worried about it not being effective. I'd be spending a few thousand dollars and I am going to school so that's a big expense for me. Should I get regular lipo instead? I'm getting my inner thighs and love handles done. I also got really sick with pneumonia so I wasn't able to work out for about 3 weeks. I'm starting to get back into exercising. Would this harm my results?
