I've been reading up on Latisse and apparently it only works as long as you are using it - meaning your lashes will return to their previous state once you stop using the product. To me this doesn't make sense. It seems strange that the hair would just disappear. Could somebody explain to me why the results of Latisse are not permanent?
Answer: Latisse Sure! Latisse increases the growth cycle and it can take up to 3 months to see that translated into longer lashes. Likewise, once the medication is stopped, the growth cycle returns to its normal duration so once the hairs fall out, the new ones grow in at their normal length of growth cycle and so the hairs revert back to their previous length.

Answer: How Latisse works Hello there,Latisse works by increasing blood supply to the hairs on your eyelash line. Because of this, your hairs are able to grow faster, thicker, and longer - boosting your hair growth cycle. Once you stop the Latisse, your hairs will slowly go back to the way they were before. You will not lose your hairs. I hope this helps!
