I have a low radix and ideally I would like this part of my nose filled out to so I have a straighter profile. What are my best options? Would it be possible to get some kind of implant? I have attached a picture below. The picture on the right is what I would like to achieve. I'd also like to ask approximately how much it might cost to achieve my goals. Thanks in advance.

Answer: Rhinoplasty What you want done is completely up to you, the best thing to do is to go for consultations and ask the doctor if they can do all of this.Rhinoplasty typically starts at $5,500 depending on the area you live. To make sure you get the best possible result, the surgeon should perform a detailed exam of the nose and provide a realistic goal that you and your surgeon agree upon. Rhinoplasty are permanent, but with age facial features do change. Find a surgeon and go for a consult, I think you would be very happy after the surgery

Answer: What would be the best way to fix my nose I always prefer to use your own tissue for nasal surgery. Implants can extrude, move from side to side, and have visible transition lines. I routinely perform diced cartilage with temporal fascia grafting. I have been very pleased with the results and I would recommend it for your radix augmentation. The tip can be elevated as well.
