Thanks for the question. I advise my patients to start drinking alcohol, coffee 5-7 days after their rhinoplasty surgery. Therefore you should consult with your surgeon for a reminder form before surgery. I wish you all the best.
I would not recommend this type of activity at all, but if you must, wait at least 6 weeks and have your surgeon clear you for all activity.
Dear tefguardia:Wise to avoid as consuming alcohol during the postoperative healing period can be dangerous.Check with surgeon to monitor your postoperative healing and to determine when it is ok to resume drinking.Warmest wishes,Larry Fan, MD
I would be very careful heavy drinking after Rhinoplasty surgery. The last thing you want to do is damage your nose, and need additional surgery. Discuss this with your Plastic Surgeon as he monitors your healing. Best to you!

I don't appreciate significant asymmetry in your photo, but the photography is limited. Kenalog will not help at this stage. Return to your surgeon, or seek another opinion of a Rhinoplasty Expert. All the Best.
More than likely some asymmetry occurred during the suturing and refining of your nasal tip involving the dome cartialge and lower lateral alar cartilages. This can happen in tip rhinoplasty. It nonetheless can be fixed by opening the tip again and determining the cause of asymmetry...
