Answer: Buttock Implants The implants in Mexico are not approved by the FDA or use in the united States. As a plastic Surgeon in the U. S. I need to see a good peer review article on the use of these implants and longevity!!!!Samir Shureih MD. FACSsshureih@msn.com

Answer: Silimed implant Hello, thank you for your question. Silimed brand is an implant manufacturer from Brazil, they are the largest implant manufacturer in Latin America, and recently gained FDA approval, and is marketed in the US as Sientra®, I only use Silimed here in Dominican Republic as it is a good reliable implant. Having that said, cohesive gel implants are very good, they have a beautiful outcome in buttocks surgery, but in my opinion it depends on the placement technique used, as I prefer the intramuscular technique. But implants are man made and none are forever, the possibility of having to change your implant always exists, so just be sure of what you want and are getting into.Good luck with your surgery.
