Reduce forehead and get rid of bumps on forehead?

I would like to rid of my big forehead i was born with and the two bumps what are all my options and the most effective surgeries.

As stated the hairline can be lowered to reduce your forehead but this is challenging in any gentleman who can experience male pattern baldness. The ultimate extent of alopecia in that person's lifetime must be accurately predicted before redistributing hair with transplants or a hairline lowering procedure.

Forehead reduction surgery comes in two types,
the first is a surgical procedure that gives you same day results, the second
is a hair transplant that takes 6-7 months to see. For men, my only concern is
in the potential balding that may occur as most balding and advances until the mid-thirties. If that happened to you (your risk) then
you will have to get a hair transplant to cover it as the frontal area is the
