Yes a petite person like you is a good candidate for a butt Implant, I will recommend you to use the Intramuscular technique, which if done it right does not have any risks of nerve damage. I'm a fan of oval Implants but, you are the perfect candidate for the round butt implant, because of the size of your butt. This will give you a much better projection in the right placement. Go for it, If done right, you should have an amazing result. Find

In my experience, petite, fit people with a lower BMI are better candidates than people with more body fat.  They typically heal faster and are easier to operate on.  You look like a great candidate for buttock augmentation and should get a great result.  If you choose a compitent surgeon with significant experience in buttock augmentation its unlikely he will damage the sciatic nerve. In my experience this isnt a common complication of the surgery.     

Buttock implants in thin people are usually placed in the intramuscular location. There is always enough muscle to stay well above the sciatic nerve, particularly since the implants are in the upper half of the buttocks and not the lower half.

Hi and thanks for your question and posted photos. You are a good candidate for buttock implants since you are very thin, as implants go between muscle the risk for nerve injury is very low and there is alway enough muscle to cover them. If you follow your plastic surgeon´s instructions there´s no meant to be any complication that could lead to remove implants.
