Based on these photos, you seem to be a good candidate for calf augmentation with implants; fat grafting of the ankles, should be considered only after calf implants are stable so that calf/ankle relationship/balance can be reevaluated. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Good Morning Honest808634,I hope this message finds you well. From what I gather from your content and images - you find your lower limbs disproportionate to your upper body and trunk. You have two options on the table. Either we help you reduce your body fat in the trunk and upper half of the body or we add bulk to your lower limbs. To reduce the fat of your trunk - you can undergo a liposuction procedure. For the lower limbs you will need a combination of fat grafting along with implants (calf) to find some semblance of conformity across your entire body.Although an image is a great starting point , I would recommend a video consultation / in person consultation with a board certified Aesthetic Plastic surgeon to take this forward and thoroughly answer your query.Dr. Pranav Reddy JambulaIAAPS, ISAPS, APSI, APRAS, ASI MemberMBBS, MS, MCH, IAAPS Fellow
