I am 5'3", 239 lbs,no kids w/smaller top half than bottom & a stubborn belly apron that I've had since puberty.Legs can be sensitive,esp. fatty tissue in my hips when jabbed/poked.Sometimes I experience a swollen feeling after activities.Losing inches on my top half. I workout 3-4x/wk, burning approx. 4000 cals total for those workouts (cardio/strength). I eat sensibly.Scale does not move. PCP had blood work done-stats are good. I have fat on thighs, hips, and upper arms that feels like nodules.
