Stomach fat is distributed below belly button in a pouch, I'd like to be able to get a smooth stomach. Options? (photos)

Hello,There are many options, but you are likely to get the most dramatic change with surgery, or specifically liposuction. What's important to know about liposuction is that there is so much hype placed on the type of liposuction (laser, Vaser, Bodytite, etc...), when the important thing is really surgeon training, skill, and experience. If you have good muscle tone and skin quality and are only bothered by the lower abdominal bulging, it is possible liposuction may be the right approach. You need to be examined in the office to assess your abdominal muscle strength, skin laxity and other factors.

or possibly a mini-tuck if your exam suggests it would be beneficial.  Photos can be deceiving, especially if you're holding your tummy when you took them.  An exam is needed to determine what is best.  If you did not want surgery, you could consider CoolSculpting but if they have to repeat the procedure, liposuction usually costs less and is more predictable.  Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to get evaluated and the best recommendations.

This is a very common area where people tend to "hold" fat which is resistant to diet and exercise. A simple fix is to have liposuction to help remove the fat. Your skin appears healthy and young and therefore will most likely tighten up on its own after the fat is removed. Incisions are usually hidden in the bellybutton.
