I got Juvederm injected into my lips 3 days ago. The injector hit a vessel and i instantly Bruised in that area. I iced all day yesterday and using arnica. The swelling has gone down a little. My injector says I’ll be fine and to keep icing but I’ve been reading a lot about vessels getting hit and I’m worried.pictures were taken today
