I was born a Pierre Robin Sequence baby and have a very under developed chin/jawline. I'm not sure which surgery would suit me?

I have spoken to two different plastic surgeons and one said I would benefit from chin/neck lipo and the other said a chin implant or jaw surgery. This is something I have always been very insecure about and I just want to have a more defined jaw line. Also, since my lack of a jaw is because I was born with Pierre Robin Sequence, is there a possibility at all that could medical insurance could possibly help to cover any of the costs associated with a potential surgery?
