You have a strong chin which has too much horizontal projection. That can be reduced by a bony reduction through several different approaches, each with their own advantages and disadvantages. Needing just a pure horizontal chin reduction is usually best done by a submental chin reshaping technique.

The 'shape' is due to the specific growth pattern (genetics) and is emphasized at the chin due to the 'low slope' of your lower jaw.
