I've noticed broken capillaries on my bum 4 days ago, they appear to be getting worse. What can I do? (Photos)

On September 11,2017 I had lipo and bbl. After 4 and a half weeks post op I noticed broken capillaries in my left cheek (bum). It started off small and now I am noticing it is expanding. My question is will this eventually go away on its own? Is it common after a bbl and is there anything I can do to prevent it from getting worse? Thank you in advance for your time

Thanks for the question. After a Brazilian Butt Lift surgery you can take a shower after 2 days. Then after this 2 days, you can take a shower once a days. I wish you all the best.
