I'm getting implants done for 9,500 it's 13,000 to get it done with Lipo . I only have the 9,500 would it still look nice without the Lipo maybe I can go back later and get the Lipo ? My birthdays coming up it's my dream to finally have a butt since Ima dancer . I posted my butt and the butt I would like to have below . Long ass my butt is big I'll be happy. And what size should I go I was thinking 600 rounds ? And how long do the implants take to drop ?

Answer: Buttock implants I perform buttock implants daily and based on the photos, 600cc may be too big for you. You can definitely get the liposuction later. Please be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in buttock augmentation and has extensive experience in performing this procedure.

Butt Implants should provide consistent, long-term augmentation results if performed by a properly trained board-certified plastic surgeon. From observing the pictures, you will benefit from 660 cc ,oval round , ultra soft silicone implants , placed under the fascia (on top of the muscle). That technique and implants' type will get you close to your wish picture. In regard to the liposuction procedure, it is clear that your butt shape will improve significantly from having liposuction of the hips and lower back. However, you can do it at a later date, once you are able to afford it. You have to realize that not all results are the same, because there are different implants and different techniques. Also, experience, skills ans aesthetic eye are critical for good outcome. Not many doctors in the US perform butt implants surgery, so do your due diligence carefully and choose your surgeon wisely, to avoid bad result and need for corrective surgery that will double the cost and recovery time. It might be worth while to travel for the procedure if you can't find a butt surgery expert locally. Always, consult with experience board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice 'S' curve (shelf), nice projection, round hips, single low incision in the crack and natural look.
