I'm getting butt implants, Will it look ok with just implants with no lipo on love handles? (Photos)

Great way to celebrate your birthday to see a dream come true!  You can opt for the lipo at a later date.Implants should be placed within the muscles for better long term results. The key to this surgery is to select an implant that is not so large that the muscle cannot cover it reliably. You want a nice result, but you want to avoid the complications (need for removal, infection, extrusion, fluid collection, implant migration, implant visibility, and capsular contracture among others). Studies have demonstrated that sizes above 350 cc have a greater rate of complications.  Over time buttock implants can drop or thin out tissues for several months.

Butt Implants will provide volume to make your buttocks bigger.  In many patients that is all that is needed.  Butt Implants should provide consistent, long-term augmentation results if performed by a properly trained board-certified plastic surgeon. Some patients may have some excess fat in the regions around the buttocks- flanks, lower back, thighs, etc.  Liposuction in these areas can complement the results that would be seen with implants alone.  
It is possible to stage the procedures by doing the implants first and then following that with the liposuction at a later time.  Costs, recovery time and activity limitations should be taken into account when deciding which option is best for you.

From observing the pictures, you will benefit from 660 cc ,oval round , ultra soft silicone implants , placed under the fascia (on top of the muscle). That technique and implants' type will get you close to your  wish picture.  In regard to the liposuction procedure, it is clear that your butt shape will improve significantly from having liposuction of the hips and lower back. However, you can do it at a later date, once you are able to afford it.   You have to realize that not all results are the same, because there are different implants and different techniques. Also, experience, skills ans aesthetic eye are critical for good outcome. Not many doctors in the US perform butt implants surgery, so do your due diligence carefully and choose your surgeon wisely, to avoid bad result and need for corrective surgery that will double the cost and recovery time. It might be worth while to travel for the procedure if you can't find a butt surgery expert locally.   Always, consult with experience board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice 'S' curve (shelf), nice projection, round hips, single low incision in the crack and natural look.                        Best of luck,                                        Dr Widder

 Congratulations on your birthday. Based on your photo you are a good candidate for butt implants.
Buttock implants create a fuller, shapelier buttocks, helping patients
achieve better proportion and a beautiful body contour.

Depending on your preference, buttock implants can increase the size, roundness and projection.After 6 months you can have a second round and have liposuction on you back and flanks to give you a better contour around the waist. 
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board plastic surgeon for a good evaluation and to talk about your goals.

I perform buttock implants daily and based on the photos, 600cc may be too big for you. You can definitely get the liposuction later.   Please be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in buttock augmentation and has extensive experience in performing this procedure.

Thanks for posting. If you have adequate fat on your body, you may consider doing fat transfer to the buttocks to increase your volume. This will also take care of the love handles. If not, go ahead with buttock implants and pursue liposuction later. Properly sized and placed buttock implants will give you the most bang for your buck. Best wishes and congrats on your planned surgery.

Based on the information and photos you send us, you are great candidate for a buttocks implant. In  general liposuction can be a great way to reshape your body, and the implants to give volume and shape. based on the photo i think the implant can give you a great result, without the need of the liposuction.  As you can understand studies and test are needed to see if you are clear for surgery but in general, if you seek the attention of a certified plastic surgeon, you should have a great result and a normal life.
