Male BBL failure, considering butt implant now. If so, should I have surgeon transfer fat before or after implant? (photos)

I hate to break the bad news to you but... if the BBL did not work the first time, what makes you think (or what is the surgeon convincing you of) that it will be any different the second time around?  Buttock implants are the only reliable, predictable, relatively safe, and permanent surgical option currently available and FDA approved. Hope this saves you some time and money. 

         Always do the fat transfer before the implant as you will allow more of the fat to survive.  A butt implant can be placed later, but I do not think that this will be necessary.  Remember that an implant is much harder and will have more complications.  In addition you still need liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back.  Why not use the fat rather than throw it away?

I have been in practice for 30 years and perform butt implants surgery on over 600 patients, of whom more than 150 patients had fat injection to the butt by other surgeons and it totally failed. BBL (fat injection) is a total waste of your money and time, as you experienced yourself.    Your only option is butt augmentation with ultra soft, oval round implants place sub fascially for optimal,  natural and attractive result. However, not all result are the same, because there are different implants and different techniques . Also, experience, skills and aesthetic eye are critical for good outcome. So do your due diligence carefully and choose your surgeon wisely. Not many surgeons are performing butt implants surgery, so if you can't find one locally, it is wiser to travel to an experienced one.   Always, consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who operate in accredited surgery center for your safety. Most importantly, check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive.   Finally, you will benefit from liposuction of your hips, waists and lower flanks, however, again, not all results are the same, as you realize from your own experience, so do similar due diligence. I prefer the buttock implant first and the fat transfer after to enhance the results.  Please be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in buttock augmentation and has extensive experience in performing this procedure.

You must consider doing a BBL with Vaser High definition liposuction which will remove more fat than you can conceive. You also have the opportunity to etch your abdomen so that you have a six pack. HD liposuction is a real game changer.
